Complaints

Annoying that you are not satisfied. We’d rather avoid that. Whatever the reason, we’ll get to work quickly.

We will treat your complaint confidentially.

After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation of receipt within a week. Our goal is to have the complaint resolved within four weeks. If a longer period is needed to investigate, you will be notified within the four-week period, explaining the delay. You will also be given an indication of when we believe we will be able to give you a definitive answer.

The opinion of our independent third party is binding on the Rapucation Foundation. Any consequences will be dealt with by us within two weeks.

Complaints and evidence of handling are recorded and kept for the duration of one year.
